I’m a member of the Crowdtap Garnier® rewards program, and Garnier® sent me a samples of its Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water to review.
The cleansing water itself did a great job taking off all my makeup, even those that are waterproof. It also doesn't have any harshness when applying it to my face. If you are a heavy makeup user, I would highly suggest giving this a shot. You will be surprised.
