Swaggable Review - Kala Beautiful Beans

During the holidays, tons of boxes came with different things inside for me to either try out or review. This was one of those health snack foodies that I got excited to see since they choose on a random-bio match basis. Luckily when I was chosen, the box sent was a variety for me to try the different flavors. I'm going to look at each one individually.

- Tropical Curry - Sweet and spice with a kick eluding to the hints of lime between each chew. It was very nice when satisfying my want to go out to a Chinese place just for the change up in flavors.

- Cherry Trail Medley - This one was very luscious and delectable. It was almost like a cherry cordial with a nutty undertone. It blended very well with the beans.

- Pineapple Kick Medley - My favorite. It was like a tropical fruit party in my mouth with the spice of the paprika highlighting the fruits with a light spicy kick.

- Simply Peppered - Very basic, but the easiest to make a regular snack since it is blander and runs along the same spice blends as chips and other unhealthy snack.

Overall, I liked the last two best. The first two did not appeal to my taste buds as much. It could be something that I might buy if the price is right. Would recommend it to those trying to snack healthier.

I received these samples to try for free. These reviews are my personal opinions.

Smiley360 Review - PB8 Immune System Support

I know this is a sample from a few weeks ago, but it required time to try and after the trial period, I was requested to record any positive, negative, or no changes occurred from taking the probiotic. Yes, some people are reluctant in sticking billions of bacteria into their body as a defense against more bacteria, yet strangely it seems to work very well to me. I consider this time of the year to be Flu/Cold season. It doesn't take much to get sick. However, since I started taking the probiotics once a day in the evening, I've felt a slight difference and luckily been pretty healthy even around all the ill people. I know this to be true since I am a healthcare professional experiencing this daily. It's a good feeling too. My body felt full of energy and thriving very well while taking the medication. I have yet to see the effects of ceasing the regimen. If there are any, I will revise my post later.

I received a free product via Smiley360 for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

CrowdTap Review - JOHNSON'S Baby Take-Along Pack

Yesterday evening, my sample carry on pack came. I was not expecting the nice travel size box with the five travel size containers inside. It contained JOHNSON'S baby powder, body wash, shampoo, and lotion plus Destin diaper rash cream. It was actually very nice and easy to store in my suitcase since we are taking a short trip for a few days to see the relatives. I can't even imagine trying to make travel size portions or remember to grab each travel size item from the store. Simple idea here, but surprisingly enough you would be surprised at how easy it is to forget something or misplace small containers like this in packing. My baby already love these specific products and use them on a daily except the powder. The box was sturdy and a convenient shape to go just about in any bag. Definitely if you are traveling far from home or staying overnight, this should become a top item for your packing list.

I'm a member of the CrowdTap JOHNSON'S rewards program, and JOHNSON'S sent me a sample of its baby take along pack for review.

Snagshout Review - PARACORD SURVIVAL BRACELET 550 PARACORD BRACELET WITH COMPASS+FIRE STARTER+EYE KNIFE

Well, I signed up with Snagshout just a few days ago. I am impressed with the offers for products on the site and the speed in which I got my first item from them. So, kudos on their part. Now, it is my turn to return the favor by offering my opinion and experience with this really cool little survival tool.

It arrived at my house in a mailing envelope addressed from Amazon.com of course. I opened it and found the bracelet sealed nicely in a plastic wrap. It was easy to remove from the packaging. Looking good so far.

I examined it making sure all the parts functioned properly in case I (or my husband) were stuck out in the wilderness with no help or way to get home. The compass at first was hard to tell if it worked right, but that was bad judgment on my part. I had forgotten about the bubbles and how to read it, so it checked out. It is nothing fancy, yet does its job. The fire starter worked exceptionally well. I was ecstatic since that is what pushed me into trying this out. It was no mere flicker. The spark starts low. Then, if striked effiecently, the spark can get up to an inch in diameter. The knife felt ridged and cut through what it could handle. Wouldn't suggest trying to cut anything requiring a heavier blade than a pocket knife. Finally, the 50ft cord holds it all together nicely and hooks into a large bracelet. Most men with large wrists could sport this, but someone small and dainty like me would have to put it in a bag to carry-on with. I unfortunately did not unwind the bracelet based on the warnings given by the seller and website that it requires knowledge of braiding to retwine it back to its original state. Would definitely suggest this to any outdoor day-hiker, weekend hunter, or the occasional camper. It eliminates buying for someone not trying to spend a week in the woods. With that said, I don't suggest making it a main staple for your gear (replacing items) if your trip is more for the expert woodsman/woman.

The price offered at $10 seems fair because of the versatility and quality of the attachments.

This product was provided to me at a discount price in exchange for my honest review.

Welcome

Hello out there. It has been a very long time since I have tried out blogging. In the days of Xanga, I would sit online as a young teenager expressing my feelings and events of the day for my friends to see. Now, I am a working mom of 1 trying to find a fun hobby that I both like to do and could possibly use to help benefit others.

This blog I have setup will be the outlet in which I can review products that I buy, receive as samples, or trials offered through a business. There is no particular category of products that I will write about my experiences. So, be prepared to read about something random or perhaps important to you.

I hope that my opinions and views can offer an insight into something you were wanting to get but weren't sure enough to get. Let me reassure you, I will tell the honest truth about my experience highlighting the best and worse qualities of a product or service. Look forward to telling you guys how each review goes.

(Before I publish, I would like to thank a few sample sites for offering such amazing opportunities to try these awesome products.)
